In the beginning…

Hi, I am Dr. Abhijeet Kaldate. This is my first blog and I’m not really sure how to begin.
The primary aim of this blog will be to keep our customers informed about the latest developments in Internet industry and particularly Advanced Search Engine Optimization. From highlighting exciting new technologies to explaining new tricks, I will aim to keep you abreast of all that’s new and exciting in this fast-moving industry.
But this blog is also a personal story of adapting to climate change. Although I have always been concerned about the environment, doing my recycling and upgrading my light bulbs, it is only in the last couple of years that I have begun to realise the scale of the problem of climate change and the size of the changes that we need to make in our society to overcome it. These changes cannot be made overnight, in some cases the technology is not yet fully developed (clean coal, electric cars etc), in others the technology is too expensive (whole-house insulation for solid walls). For some, the steps that need to be taken are too painful (giving up long-haul flights or red meat or a beloved Aga). I too am struggling with some of these decisions myself and I’ll try to bring you a flavour of that through this blog.
